This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with insurance or Care Credit. The plan also doesn't apply to:
- Dental care covered under automobile or medical insurance.
- Services of injuries covered, under workers compensation.
- For referrals to specialist.
